Blue Cross Medical Practice was established in 1990 and has been serving community ever since, our mission is to promote excellence and efficiency in health delivery.

We stop at nothing to give our patients the best possible care and outcomes at every point in their journey. Our doctors are highly trained. We are open 7 days a week.

Bulk billing: From Monday 20 October 2025 all doctors will be bulk billing all eligible Medicare MBS items to patients with a valid Medicare Card.

We have availability for new patients to register for our clinic.

We accept walk in patients if times are available. Attendance is preferred by appointment. If you need to be seen urgently on the day, please inform the receptionist. Fit ins are available for urgent medical conditions.

After hours
Doctors do not provide home visits. In case of an Emergency or for after hours service, please call 000 or call 13 SICK (13 74 25)
Telephone and Electronic Communication
If you ring to speak with a Doctor and the Doctor is unavailable, a message will be taken and your call will be returned when the Doctor is available. Emails will be responded to within two business days. Our practice operates a reminder system via SMS messages. If you wish to opt out of this service, you may do so at any time.
Interpreter Services
We encourage using the free Translating and Interpreting Service hotline (131 450). A free service is also available for patients who are deaf and use AUSLAN. Contact National AUSLAN interpreter booking system on 1800 246 945
Recall system
Your medical record is a confidential document and will only be accessed by authorised by your GP or members of staff. Patients have the right to access their personal information under the Privacy Amendment (Fees may be applicable). Please let us know if you do NOT wish to participate in our recall system
